About Remarkable Festivals

Remarkable Festivals is a volunteer community group based at Melrose in the Southern Flinders Ranges of South Australia. Comprised of local business people, farmers and interested community members determined to make a difference in their community, Remarkable Festivals are working towards several long-term goals based on improved infrastructure, improved community vitality and opportunities for our rural youth. Goals that can only be achieved by the generous support of volunteers, sponsors, businesses and you – our patrons.

Remarkable Festivals prides themselves on bringing some of Australia’s best performers to the beautiful township of Melrose. With the majestic Mount Remarkable as its backdrop, the Melrose Showgrounds forms one of Australia’s best outdoor venues, complete with a vast on-site camping area.

Strong links to the Mount Remarkable Agricultural Society ensures Remarkable Festivals events continue the tradition of being family orientated, friendly and a great place to be!
